Our philosophy of healthcare revolves around a fundamental concept known as the "Triune of Health". This triune, or triangle, has three sides that all people need to maintain in balance in order to achieve health, and maintain wellness. They are structural / postural balance (biomechanical function) , mental wellness (emotional function) , and nutritional balance, which includes keeping toxins out of the body (chemical function). Maintaining balance and healthy function  in these three areas minimizes stress on your nervous system, the master regulatory (or control) system that coordinates all of your body's functions. This allows your body to be its best, maximizing everything from how you feel to how you heal.

Our chiropractic care focuses first on regaining and maintaining structural / postural balance through programs of spinal adjustments (which restore healthy nerve flow), coupled with specific stretching and rehabilitative exercises (which keep your spine strong and flexible).  Second, our care focuses on analyzing and correcting each individual's nutritional needs. We also give assistance with detoxification and weight loss, when necessary.
